According to previous rumours, the next flagship from Huawei is supposed to P11, but a latest leak on chinese microblogging site Weibo suggests that P20 will be the upcoming flagship. Three variants named as Huawei P20, P20 Plus and P20 Pro are coming with Triple Cameras, according to the leak.
Previous leaks revealed the Huawei’s new 40MP, 5X Hybrid zoom Triple Camera design. In the specs, it seems great but, in the real world it remains to be seen how it performs. According to the leaked schematics, all three variants of P20 series will feature Triple camera but positioned differently.
In Huawei P20, triple cameras are positioned horizontally while in P20 Plus, they are placed vertically. Other than they are pretty similar in design. Both flagships feature fingerprint sensor on the rear side. Huawei P20 Plus might be a larger screen variant of P20.
Huawei P20 Pro, on the other hand features high screen to body ratio, designed like iPhone X and sports a notch. The flagship features a fingerprint sensor below the centre Triple Camera on the rear side.
Both P20 and P20 Plus devices are assumed to be powered by Kirin 970 chipset while the P20 Pro might be powered by the new Kirin 975 chipset. All the flagships may offer 6GB Ram and 64 GB internal storage.
Huawei is expected to launch its flagships at MWC 2018 which will take place from February 26 to March 1st. The offcial specs and features P20 series will be revealed at the event.
